Communication here is horrible.
The biggest issue I had was that you get an estimate and then a bill. Nowhere between there do they say exactly what was wrong and what they plan to fix or provide a quote before work starts. The all supposedly gives you a status but just says preparing the entire time until work is done. They also have you drop off your car at your appointment time even though they won't look at it for a few more days. They should just push your drop off time/day back. In addition, they can do any small repairs like replace a valve. Instead they replace entire large assembly. It saves them some time and cost you much more money
This place has improved greatly since my last visit. Still a tight maze of cars to wind through to get to the service parking spaces, but at least now there are service desks and people behind them that greet you when you walk in the door. I was introduced to my service advisor, who was knowledgeable and friendly. My service job was finished in less time than they estimated. I'd give 5 stars for this visit but minus one because the parking lot is still a mess.
All I have to say is that Brandon was amazing with his customer service. Our auto pilot was not working while traveling from nyc, I was able to grab an appointment for the next day.
Auto pilot and minor bumper damaged fixed in one day.
All thanks to great communication and customer service by Brandon.
Thank you
Exceptional Service by Andy at the Tesla Dealership
I cannot speak highly enough about the outstanding service provided by Andy at the Tesla in Eatonville. Every time I've brought my car in for maintenance or repairs, Andy has consistently gone above and beyond to ensure that my experience is nothing short of exceptional.
His dedication to customer satisfaction is truly commendable. Andy's attention to detail and personalized care make me feel like a valued customer every visit. Not only does he address my concerns promptly, but he also prioritizes my needs, ensuring that my car receives the best attention and resolution to any problems it faces.
Andy's professionalism, knowledge, and friendly demeanor have consistently made my visits to the dealership a stress-free and pleasant experience. He is a true asset to the Tesla team, and I can confidently say that his commitment to excellence has won my loyalty as a customer.
I highly recommend Andy to anyone seeking top-notch service and care for their Tesla. His passion for ensuring customer satisfaction sets a remarkable standard in the realm of customer service. Thank you, Andy, for consistently exceeding expectations and making every visit a positive one.
As others have said Tesla service is so incredible bad. Cars are awesome but if you ever need ANYTHING serviced it is a horrid experience. I bought a brand new Model X plaid. Had to wait a month for an appointment and another 3 weeks then holding my car. They have changed my car pick up time THREE separate times. Right now Tesla can get away with this because their cars are so good but once other companies start catching up you will see their retention for existing customers go down significantly. I’m strongly considering selling my brand new X plaid and going with a company like Porsche or someone like that that actually cares about the customer. UNREAL.
I picked up my Tesla from this location two years ago, and have been back for a handful of service appointments since then, and have had nothing but a good experience. The service team is always incredibly nice and does a great job setting realistic expectations, and explains the process of repairs, warranty coverage, and other complicated processes in an easy to understand way. They have always had a loaner vehicle for me to use if they expect service to take some time, and have always been very honest about how long different appointments may take. Tesla, and the team at this location in particular, has made the car buying and service experience actually enjoyable!
Seriously, some of the worst labor service crew. I scheduled a service repair for a noise and or rattle. I was advised it was going to cost +$140 even while under warranty. I canceled the service and decided to inspected the car myself. To my complete shock many clips were missing in the wheel wells and the underbody of the car. This is how the vehicle was handed back to me after a different service request. So then I submitted a new request to have them correct the missing clips and property hold the plastic panels. This time it was an at home service request. The guy showed up 45min late, spent 5min doing practically nothing (based on the video footage) and closed the job. All of the wheel wells are still missing clips/fasteners.
This service center needs to be to be put on notice as they keep sending out Tesla’s endangering their vehicles occupants.
I scheduled a new appointment so Stay tune. I will definitely escalate to corporate’s upper management if these simple yet important tasks aren’t properly complete.
My advise to everyone, inspect everything after going to this service center. Document and write to Corporate as necessary. Corporate WILL come down hard on the management staff to make corrections.
Very hectic Service Center. Not hard to understand given the number of Teslas on the road in the area and this is the line Service Center. Drop off was not as smooth as it is supposed to be and it took a while before we talked to our advisor. We tried waiting for the car to be finished (a few hours) but it didn’t get finished so they gave us a loaner. Was notified the next afternoon that they were finished. I didn’t know how late service was open, there was conflicting data in the app, receipt, and google… I took a chance and showed up at 6pm and they said they were already closed but took care of us fairly quickly anyway. The great news was they appear to have fixed both issues that I brought he car in for (suspension noise and charging issue). I have the car back and it is driving smoothly and without noise. Charging is working with the wall and travel chargers again. Overall, very satisfied… but looking forward to a second Service Center in Orlando that is closer to my home.
